Terms of Service
1. The software
NodeXLoop — the web app at this address and the VS Code extension published as orivael.loop-graph-engineer — is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. That licence, not this page, governs your right to use, copy, modify and redistribute the software. These terms cover the use of the hosted site and set out what you can and cannot expect from us.
2. Provided as-is
As the Apache licence says, the software and the site are provided "as is", without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or withdraw it at any time. There is no service-level agreement.
3. Your models, your keys, your costs
- Live runs use API keys and endpoints you configure. You are responsible for those keys, for complying with each provider's terms, and for any charges those providers bill you. NodeXLoop shows estimated cost where it can and labels estimates as estimates; the provider's invoice is the only authoritative number.
- The Axiom guard reduces wasted and unsafe calls; it does not guarantee that no call will be made or that no unwanted output will be produced.
4. AI output is a draft
Everything a model produces inside NodeXLoop is unreviewed AI output. It can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently fabricated. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or acting on it.
- Templates marked experimental are runnable shapes, not finished products. In particular, the legal document drafter is not a legal service, does not provide legal advice, and creates no attorney–client relationship — have any legal document reviewed by a lawyer licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. The driver update loop produces a review draft and installs nothing; approving its review does not install, load or update anything.
- The Organizations feature is a local preview stored in your browser. It is not a hosted service, does not share data between devices, and should not be relied on as a system of record.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site or the software to break the law, to attack or overload our servers or anyone else's, or to circumvent the terms of the model providers you connect. Automated scraping of the site beyond what robots.txt permits is not allowed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orivael and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the site or the software — including from actions taken on the basis of AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Privacy
What we do and do not collect is set out in the Privacy Policy. In one line: no accounts, no analytics, your work stays on your machine, and the only thing we hold is a standard server log kept for up to 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the changed terms. The Apache licence on the software itself does not change retroactively for versions you already have.
